Q1 what does the price include ?
A1 the price includes free delivery of your castle or inflatable professional installation and collection of the inflatable at the end of your hire agreement.
Q2 how can i book ?
A2 it is only possible to take bookings over the telephone at the moment.
Q3 how long does it take to set up ?
A3 providing the area in which the inflatable is to be erected is clear and we have access to a power point it shouldnt take no more then 15 mins.
Q4 how much do they cost to run ?
A4 on a average it costs about a £1.00 to £1.50 to run an electric blower for a medium sized inflatable per day and around £6.00 for a petrol generator
Q5 can i keep the castle overnight ?
A5 yes you can but there is an overnight charge of £5.00
Q6 are the inflatables safe and clean ?
A6 yes all our bouncy castles are bought from new and are bought direct from the manufactures all our units conform to british safety standards and meet the bs 5438/bs5308 flame retardant requirements we also a registered member of the british inflatable hirers association (B.I.H.A) which guarantees you a good service as a recognised member all of our inflatables are inspected once a year by a pipa approved inspector ( like an mot ) and all our electrical blowers are pat tested once a year and come complete all our units are operated in accordance with hse.
Q7 what happens if it rains ?
A7 if it rains heavy on the morning of your arranged hire you will receive a call from us to discuss your options and if you wish you may cancel without charge (CANCELLATIONMUST BE AGREED BEFORE THE TIME OF DELIVERY)
Q8 do i have to pay a deposit ?
A8 no you do not all moneys due will need to be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
